[IThe two collaborated together in the past, making hit songs like “Since U Been Gone”, “Behind These Hazel Eyes”, and “My Life Would Suck Without You”, but according to a recent interview, it wasn’t Kelly’s decision.
She went on to add that while yes, he’s talented, he’s very difficult to work with and has put her in a few really bad situations. Let’s just cut to the chase here – Kelly said Dr Luke QUOTE “isn’t a good person.” The end.
This whole sitch come on the heels of a judge denying Kesha her wish to be released from her contract with Dr. Luke, and A-TON of celebs have been showing support for the artist. So of course, Kesha fans are FREAKING OUT because they want Kelly to join the Team Kesha movement.
But Kelly said she, QUOTE: “wasn’t there.” And she doesn’t know what specifically happened in their situation, so she can only remark on Dr. Luke’s character.
Also over the weekend, Kesha got pretty emotional (and understandably so) while speaking at an LGBT equality event.
Ending the speech with the words, QUOTE: “we can’t be afraid to fight for our own dignity.” How amazing is that?!
