Kendall Jenner Named Fashion Icon Of The Decade At 21 & Internet Is NOT Happy

The Daily Front Row has pissed off quite a few people after it was revealed that they were giving their highest honor – the Fashion Icon of the Decade award to none other than Kendall Jenner at the fifth annual Fashion Media Awards in September.
Now, that’s not to say that Kendall isn’t a fashion icon because her looks SLAY almost all the time. BUT, considering the fact that a decade means ten years and ten years ago Kendall was only eleven…it’s a bit of a stretch to say Kendall was constantly slaying the fashion game from 11 to 21.
While Kenny gave a sweet thank you to her fans who congratulated her on the win, others were not so kind. One user tweeted, “Rihanna, Beyonce, Zendaya, Tracee Ellis Ross, Grace Jones, or even Yara Shahidi and y’all give it to Kendall Jenner?” Another user echoed the same sentiments about Rihanna and said, “I’m sorry, is Rihanna dead? Did she die and no one told me? Why is she [Kendall] receiving this?”
Twitter user Georgia just had a bunch of questions she needed answers to. She tweeted, “Decade?? She was 11 a decade ago?? Have you SEEN what the Kardashians were wearing 10 years ago??” While another user simply tweeted ‘why.’ Yeesh, tell us how you really feel!
It’s safe to say the majority of Twitter users think Rihanna should’ve been named Fashion Icon of the Decade, but what’s done is done.
