Kendall and Kylie Jenner think they should be the only ones in the world to use those names!
Jenner fans, we've got some ridiculous news for you coming in from the trademark world. Turns out reality stars Kendall and Kylie Jenner have officially submitted applications in order to trademark their first names. Basically, this means that if it goes through- no one else in the celebrity world could ever be billed as just Kylie or just Kendall. Which is a bit of a problem because there ARE other Kendalls and Kylie's in the world. Like Kylie Minogue who would have to start calling herself Kylie Minogue and could never go by just her first name again. The applications submitted last month state that it would trademark their first names to "entertainment in the nature of providing information by means of a global computer network in the fields of entertainment, fashion and pop culture." Kylie is also requesting full ownership of the Kylie name for all personal appearances "by a celebrity, actress and model." What do yall think of that? Genius move or absurd? Please say absurd. I like them too but c’mon.
