Kendall & Kylie May Be Getting Evicted If They Don’t Pay Their Rent!
Considering Kendall and Kylie are both worth millions of dollars, I’m just as shocked as you are that they were hit with an eviction notice.
Okay let’s break this down. You’re probably wondering how they both got an eviction notice when they don’t even live together right?! Well they aren’t getting evicted from their homes, but if they don’t pay up, they may be evicted from their Kendall + Kylie New York office. Yesterday, The Shade Room posted a photo of a 5 day eviction notice on the front door of their New York office that says, "Please take further notice, that Tenant is justly indebted to Landlord for rent and additional rent for the period from December 1, 2017 through and including March 1, 2018." In order to prevent the eviction from happening, they must pay 57,395.54. The notice shows the specific months, the taxes, and the fees just so there is no confusion on what they owe. It seems like there’s definitely more to the story, but Kendall and Kylie can clearly afford to pay that. Most likely, somebody on their team dropped the ball. Regardless, there’s been no comment on their end regarding this matter, but if they don’t pay in 5 days, you may want to wait outside the building to get some free clothes.
