Kim Kardashian West has dropped the trailer for her new Lifetime reality show and it’s basically the BEAUTY version of Project Runway.
The bad news? It doesn’t actually star Kim at all.
Months after the initial announcement Kim has tweeted some big details about her new reality show. Kim revealed QUOTE, “So excited to announce the premiere date, host and judges for #GlamMasters, the new beauty competition series I’m executive producing. Tune in to @lifetimetv on Feb 28!” With it came a cryptic trailer for the new series.
Yup, Kim is executive producing Glam Masters, so she won’t actually appear on the show at all. Don’t worry- we’re pretty sure she’ll make a cameo at some point! The shows seems to be a natural progression for Kim, following the launch of KKW Beauty earlier this year. The competition show seeks to uncover the next big name in the beauty world, so basically someone who is worthy of a spot on the Kardashian Glam Squad. The trailer also revealed the host of Glam Masters along with the three judges.
Yup! Orange is the New Black star Laverne Cox will play host while Youtube’s very own Kandee Johnson will serve as judge alongside Kim’s makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic and the co-founder of Milk Makeup. As of now there’s no details on contestants or challenges, but we’re already hooked. Mark your calendars Glam Masters premieres February 28th on Lifetime.
