Kim Kardashian Clarifies Trump Comments & Declares Presidential Stance

In an interview with Wonderland magazine, Kim was allegedly quoted saying, At first I thought, ‘Oh my god, I’m so Hillary, but I had a long political call with Caitlyn last night about why she’s voting Trump. I’m on the fence.” This confused everyone because Kim publicly endorsed Hillary last year. I mean she took a selfie with her. Now this quote was not in the final online version of the article, but it reportly appeared in a preview version that was sent to different media outlets. Since the internet exploded with articles referencing this quote, Kim had to address it on her social media. So…she wrote a blog post to put all the rumors to rest.
She says, “I found that without a doubt, I stand with Hillary. I'm with her. I believe Hillary will best represent our country and is the most qualified for the job. This year, I'm not just voting for myself, but also for my children.” She then goes on to say, “I believe that both candidates have the intention of making the country a safer and stronger place for every American, they just have different ideas about how we get there.”
She later on acknowledges that she did in fact speak to Caitlyn as well as other close friends and family members to have an open conversation about politics. She believes that we all should do our research, ask questions, and vote for the candidate that aligns most with our individual beliefs. She says, “There was a point when I wasn’t 100% sure I was even going to vote in this election; I didn’t want to vote blindly. But I also thought about how not voting would mean that I wasn’t making my voice heard”
