Home Minister Saifuddin Nasution Ismail has dismissed claims that a royal addendum ordering former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak’s house arrest is anything more than baseless ‘hearsay’
In a fiery retort to questions raised by several MPs in the Dewan Rakyat, Saifuddin tore into the rumours, pointing to the Kuala Lumpur High Court's decisive ruling in July, which unequivocally shot down Najib's attempt to legally confirm the addendum’s existence.
In another development, the pressure is mounting on Khazanah Nasional and Permodalan Nasional Berhad, with both government-linked companies (GLCs) now under intense scrutiny.

The ongoing MACC probe into their troubled FashionValet investment has intensified, and the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) is also launching its own investigation into the matter
