Liam and Rita both took to Instagram to share a teaser of their duet for the 50 Shades Freed soundtrack, called “For You”. Liam posted a sneak peak of the song sans vocals, but we’re already hooked…
I mean honestly the guy could be singing the alphabet and it would still sound sexy, so we’re definitely excited for whenever the track drops in January. Rita also took to her Instagram to share the teaser, as well as a picture of her and Liam back to back, both looking incredibly gorgeous and sophisticated. Could this be a hint at a music video coming out along with “For You”, ummmmm, yes please! Because if it isn’t, then this really was the ultimate tease!
The 50 Shades films have already given us a few amazing and timeless songs, Ellie Goulding’s “Love Me Like You Do”, to Beyonce and Miguel’s updated version of “Crazy in Love”, to the most recent, “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever”, from Taylor Swift and Zayn. So we can’t wait to hear what Liam and Rita have to add to the lineup--especially since Liam has been absolutely killing it as a solo artist and collaborator this past year. 50 Shades Freed, the final installment of the 50 shades franchise, hits theatres February 9th, but luckily we only have to wait until January for what is guaranteed to be an epic duet and soundtrack.
