Simon Cowell SHADES Liam Payne Following New Solo Venture?

We all know Simon has never been one to shy away from running his mouth at contestants, but after throwing one of his own lads under the bus…. Things may get ugly…
It is all thanks to Simon Cowell himself for creating one of the most legendary boybands in the history of the ‘boyband’ a mere 6 years ago, but as the night changes, so did many of the boys’ hopes and dreams, including Liam Payne, who most recently revealed his new solo venture, singing with Capitol Records.
Following in his fellow boybander Zayn Malik’s footsteps, Liam and many of his fans were ecstatic to share the news, however, Simon Cowell may have just subtly revealed his take on Liam’s new career plan.
While speaking at the America’s Got Talent press conference call, Uncle Simon talked about the boys and how close they are, with the exception of a few, saying QUOTE, “We're in touch with them.
The great thing about all these boys - well not all of them but most of them - they are incredibly loyal and you don't always expect that. Niall, Harry, Louis - amazing.”
Hold up…. That was Niall, Harry, Louis…. Uhhh, Simon, you’re kinda forgetting about the fourth 1D member here… Ok, we’re hoping this is more of an honest mistake of some sort, buuut in lighter news, Simon did have great things to say about his fellow co-judge Louis Tomlinson and his time on the judge’s panel, saying, “Louis was great. It was so funny and so odd that he had auditioned for me five years ago and now he's siting where I am sitting judging other people and doing it really well. I was really happy for him and he loved doing it.”
And although Simon doesn’t quite seem to approve of Liam’s venture, Payno seems to have all the help he needs, as he’s reportedly backed by Doyen Global, the company who built David Beckham’s career into the worldwide brand that it is now.
According to The Sun, Liam will be managed by Simon Oliveira, and it’s also rumored that he may even help transform Liam’s relationship with Cheryl, similar to the envious Posh and Beckham. An insider revealed that QUOTE, “Being one half of one of the most recognizable couples in Britain obviously helps. Being with Cheryl has given Liam the drive to break through himself. He knows she will be his unofficial mentor too.”
All in favor of Liam becoming the next Beckham, please SHOW OF HANDS, and I’m also curious to know all your thoughts on Simon throwing a side of subtle shade… was it on purpose or just a big misunderstanding?
