Lili Reinhart Confirms She & Cole Sprouse Are Still A COUPLE!

Sit back, relax and take a huge sigh of relief, because Lili Reinhart just gave a crystal clear update on her relationship with Cole Sprouse, and guys, they’re doing just fine.
What’s up guys, it’s Sussan Mourad back here on Clevver News, and it’s a good day for Cole and Lili stans and anyone else still confused about Cole and Lili’s relationship status.
Lili just confirmed in a recent interview during the Toronto Film Festival and said that she and her boyfriend Cole would be doing a joint Halloween costume! More on that to come… but first let’s backtrack so everyone is on the same page!
Although it’s been quite some time (a month and a half to be exact) since we’ve gotten any update whatsoever on the whole “ARE LILI AND COLE TOGETHER OR NAH” matter, I am pleased to report to you all that we have an update… and, like, a really good one.
Thankfully, fans let out a unanimous sigh of relief after the couple, who confirmed their relationship back in January of 2018, debuted a kinda-awkward joint cover interview they did, where they basically trolled us all, all while simultaneously putting out the firestorm that was their big split.
Lili posted the cover story to Instagram back in July, after media outlets had suspected a breakup, writing QUOTE, “BREAKING: A reliable source has confirmed that none of you know sh**.”
Cole posted the same photo to his Instagram, with a very… uhm, “Cole” caption. He wrote, “UNPRECEDENTED: Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart consume the flesh of ‘reliable sources’ to fuel their bacchanalian sex cult.” Yeahhhh, we’re just gonna take that as a “joke’s on you all, we’re still happily together and equally as weird as ever.”
In the same interview, which likely caused all the breakup speculation, the two insisted on being interviewed separately for the sole reason of just wanting their own identities.
Reports started circulating this past summer when people thought Lili was seemingly passive aggressively shading Cole Sprouse at Comic Con!
And then there was this awkward interaction at Comic Con during their IMDB interview.
It was even reported that a source who was at a Comic Con afterparty overheard Cole talking about his breakup with Lili. The two were hardly pictured together at Comic Con UNLESS it was for a ‘Riverdale’ panel and or red carpet appearance.
After the breakup headlines exploded Lili went on to reveal, “We’re not fighting with the idea that people group us together, but we are paired up a lot. We’re acknowledging that we’re in a relationship, but it’s a small part of who we are as people. We want our own separate identities.”
Ok, I get it, but…. *short confused pause*
Anyway, let’s get to the goods, shall we? While promoting her new film Hustlers at the Toronto International Film Festival, Lili sat down with Coveteur to chat about the film, fashion trends, bla bla bla, but most importantly, she dropped a truth BOMB on where things currently stand with she and Cole. If you were guessing all was well… you guessed right!
I tell you this couple keeps things confusing and interesting!
During the conversation, she veered off topic and somehow got into talking about her hidden talent that is special-effects makeup, which then made its way to Halloween plans… and no biggie or anything, they include Cole.
How do we know this? Because she literally just called him her boyfriend and then followed ‘boyfriend’ with his name.
Which if you know anything about Lili, she is extremely private about her personal life and relationship! She has been outspoken multiple times during interviews on Twitter and other social media platforms pretty much screaming… “DON’T ASK ME ABOUT MY PERSONAL BUSINESS. YOU AREN’T GOING TO GET ANY INFO. OUT OF ME.”
