Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart were seen getting cozy in a Riverdale co-star’s Instagram picture, and fans are naturally freaking out.
Take a deep breath, Sprousehart shippers, because an adorable moment is coming your way.
When Cole Sprouse and Lili Reinhart so much as look at each other, even if they’re standing 20 feet apart, fans basically lose their minds. But when the rumored romantic pair actually does coupley things like go on vacation together, or cozy up for a picture, you can only imagine the reaction from Sprousehart shippers.
The rumored couple appeared in a picture posted by Skeet Ulrich, who plays FP Jones on Riverdale, on Instagram, but it wasn’t just any old snapshot. Sprousehart looked extra cozy as Lili had her arms wrapped around Cole and her head rested on his shoulder as he leaned back into her embrace.

Skeet captioned the photo QUOTE “Happy Holidays from the Jones’ trailer!!! I hope that whoever you are and wherever you may be that you take a moment to spread love.”
One fan tweeted in response QUOTE “The best thing I've ever seen! I can't breathe! A BIG HUG!”
Another person wrote in all caps QUOTE “LOOK HOW HAPPY LILI IS. AND COLE IS JUST SO CONTENT AND IN LOVE.”

As much as people would love for Cole or Lili or SOMEONE to confirm the relationship already, I highly doubt that’s going to happen any time soon. Both Riverdale stars are incredibly private people and have both spoken out about how they will also keep their personal dating lives out of the public eye.
Cole explained QUOTE “The more you let people in on that, the more people feel entitled to it and the more it becomes problematic with whoever you end up being with in the future, so I take [my privacy] very seriously. So I just never talk about it because it’s not anyone’s right to know. People can speculate all they want, people speculate about me with every member of the cast practically, but it’s really no one’s right to know. It’s also sexy, these parts of the relationships that are just yours.”
There might honestly never be confirmation that Sprousehart is real, so that means people are just going to keep speculation until Cole and Lili stop hanging out. But let’s hope that never happens.
