Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said the Belt and Road Initiative will benefit small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and refuted claims that the Initiative only involves big infrastructure projects carried out by big firms.
LIow said that after launching the Malaysia-China SMEs Business Matching Conference 2018 on Monday, which had attracted participation from about 900 SMEs entrepreneurs from both China and Malaysia and yielded convincing results.
