During the 8th World Chinese Economic Summit on Thursday, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong said Malaysia would have the opportunity to achieve high income economy by 2020 by taking part in China's One Belt One Road initiative.
