Deputy International Trade and Industry Minister Ong Kian Ming said the government is prioritising transparency if it is to participate in China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).
The deputy minister added that Malaysia has settled for a joint venture company to operate and maintain the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) to better ensure transparency in the project.
