Little Mix is on a roll with the ex blasts and their latest single, “F.U” adds a soulful flavor to the pot.
Hell hath no fury like a Little Mix scorned because they are going IN on this next album.
Following other ex themed bangers like “Shout Out To My Ex” and “You Gotta Not,” Little Mix has added another to their repertoire called “F.U.” And guys, It’s no secret that relationships and heartbreak are gold mines when it comes to writing music so the fact that F.U may have been inspired by true events makes it all the better and even more relatable. And I have to say, I’m diggin’ the Motown vibes. Have a listen:
In the song, the girls sing – “Boy I hate you, really hate you/ My momma said I shouldn’t date you/You cheatin’, you lyin’/ I know that you’re hiding two cellphones.” Of course many are pointing fingers at Zayn once again, because Perrie is the one who sings that line, but true or not it makes for a solid breakup song. Plus everyone needs a strong empowerment song to turn to after getting their heart broken so I say let Little Mix live.
