Lorde Invites Fan To Governor's Ball After Surprising Her At Smoothie Shop

How do you get invited to Lorde’s Governors Ball performance? You make a bomb smoothie.
Apparently the way to Lorde’s Heart is through her stomach!
Dreams do come true! And one of Lorde’s fans by the name of Ayesha is proof! It was a casual monday morning for Ayesha at her job Liquiteria, a smoothie shop in New York City when BOOM all of sudden Lorde walks into the building and needless to say all chill was lost.
After making the singer a delicious cup of Blue Velet she documented the encounter via twitter.
and if she was shook then we can only imagine how the smoothie queen felt when Lorde slid into her DMs. The green light singer is in NY to perform at the governors ball this weekend and clearly that Blue Velvet smoothie left quite the impression because shortly after meeting Ayesha, Lorde DMed her to invite her to the show!
she simply wrote “come to the governors ball on me” and when Ayesha asked her if it was a joke she said
“Ha no! I was gonna ask you in the store if you wanted to come but I got shy.”
Ahhh celebs they are just like us! and if you are anything like the countless twitter users who were super curious to wether or not she would accept the invite. She responded saying “Absolutely.” Which is not a shocker at all because if Lorde invites you to come to her performance YOU GO… and it being free is just the cherry on top of the smoothie.
