It looks like Louis Tomlinson is leaving his boy band days behind, well at least for now because he’s got his sights set on the next best thing.
Louis knows a thing or two about what it actually takes to create one of the most successful music groups in the world, so it was only a matter of time until one of the bandmates of One Direction decided to manage a hit band of their own…
Louis is teaming up with Simon Cowell who initially brought the boys together, to create… GET THIS… The girl version of One Direction, and this is everything I’ve ever wanted!
Simon Cowell gushed about the new artists saying QUOTE: "They are unbelievably good, they are as good as I have ever heard.” Considering that Little Mix and Fifth Harmony are among the bands that he’s managed, that’s no small claim. The girl group they are working with is set to make their debut later this year.
Louis does hold a financial stake in Aussie band Five Seconds of Summer and he – along with Niall Horan – are credited for making the other members of One Direction aware of 5SOS. Not to mention their former tour openers are doing pretty well for themselves these days, so yeah, I would say Louis has a real knack for finding talented musical acts.
