Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne just had a mini 1D reunion on X Factor.
And we’re feeling some type of way.
Back in 2010, a young Louis Tomlinson met young Liam Payne while contestants on X Factor UK. One mega successful group and eight years later, they have reunited on the same exact show. And it’s safe to say we’re in our feelings right now. The only bad news is that Louis and Liam won’t be singing together this time around. As you know, Louis is currently serving as a judge on X Factor. He invited his pal Liam to join him at Judges Houses in Ibiza and offer advice to his fresh talent.

Liam listened to Louis’ eager singers alongside fellow mentor Niles Rodgers. Louis is tasked with whittling his six remaining boys down to four to take to the live shows. Of course, the big question is: how’d Liam do as a judge?

Even though we won’t get to see Liam and Louis sing together this time around, there was some dune buggy bonding and one adorable bro hug. Liam posted a carousel on Instagram of his time on the show and gave a shout out to Louis and the fellow mentor Nile Rodgers writing, “Was a pleasure to join my brother @louist91 for his judges auditions, and of course the legend that is @nilerodgers. Good luck to all of the contestants, I really enjoyed meeting you all and hearing you sing.”
