Melissa McCarthy and Jimmy Fallon faced off in an epic lip sync battle last night on The Tonight Show and its one you definitely don’t want to miss.
When it comes to lip sync battles, it looks like Jimmy Fallon has finally met his match…
The Tonight Show and Jimmy have both seen quite a few amazing lip sync battle challengers and Melissa was no different. Jimmy kicked off the battle on the show by lip syncing along to Melanie Safka’s ‘Brand New Key.’
Things started to get a little silly when he pretended to put on a “pair of roller skates” and stumbled around the stage during his performance, but it wasn’t until Melissa tossed aside the mic and got into her song choice, ‘X Gon Give It To Ya’ by DMX, that we all knew she meant serious business.
Mel started off strong, but then Jimmy then upped his game and hit back with this little song by Zayn…
If you thought it was game over after that, well, think again because the actress brought it home with a very, VERY messy but incredible performance of ‘Colors of the Wind’ and it was just simply amazing.
Looks like Melissa is the clear winner of this battle. She and Anna Kendrick definitely need to battle it out with each other on this show.
