Miley Cyrus OWNS Jimmy Fallon In Lip Sync Battle On Tonight Show

Is there a Miley Cyrus talk show in our future? We sure hope so!
Host: Miley Cyrus just proved that we would totally be okay if she started lipsyncing during concerts.
Asset: The incredible week of Miley Cyrus taking over The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon has officially come to an end.
This past week has had some of the funniest and heartwarming moments of the season so far, and we’re actually really sad to see Miley go!
Miley has been spending her time on the show assisting Jimmy as host, playing hilarious games with other guests and most importantly, performing songs from her brand new album Younger Now.
Although she has had some incredible moments earlier in the week, one of our favorite things happened on Friday’s episode. Jimmy brought back the fan-favorite segment Lip Sync Battle to fight against Miley, and they did not disappoint.
Jimmy started out by doing some ventriloquism like America’s Got Talent’ newest winner Darci Lynne Farmer. Miley then danced along to Feel It Still by Portugal the Man.
We thought that was a clear winner, but then Jimmy did a throwback to Courtney Love’s band Home and sang Violet. The ballad had everyone following along, but Miley really brought it by singing Once In a Lifetime by Talking Heads. Not only did Miley totally look the part, but she truly committed to the part.
Miley obviously came out of the competition as the winner, but that’s not all she did!
After a week of incredible performances and duets, Miley really wanted to do something special for her final night on The Tonight Show. Earlier in the week she joined Billy Joel on stage at Madison Square Garden to sing New York State of Mind, and lucky for us, The Tonight Show crew was there to tape the whole thing and we got to see it on Friday.
This is an iconic duo and we are so glad that Miley let us have an inside look into her life! We have learned more about Miley this week than we ever have before, and we really hope that she gets her own late night show ASAP because she definitely knows what to do now!
