Meta has restored Facebook posts from local media covering Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim’s meeting with Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh.

“Two posts were removed in error and have now been restored,” Reuters quoted a Meta spokesperson as saying in an email to the portal.

Yesterday, Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil slammed Meta for removing social media posts on Anwar’s meeting with the Hamas delegation, led by Ismail, in Qatar on Monday.
