Miley Cyrus has teamed up with MAC cosmetics for their classic Viva Glam line and the new promo is Miley glam at its finest.
In the brief promo Miley shows off some hot pink lips in the midst of a disco ball and pink glow lights signed off with “love, Miley Cyrus.” It’s very Madonna “Open Your Heart” 1986 inspired. Holla!
In addition to gaining some awesome Miley-endorsed lipstick and lip gloss, when you buy Miley’s MAC products, all sales will benefit the MAC AIDS Fund… To break it down, the lipstick is described as a super-sexy hot pink hue for 16-bucks while the tinted lipglass is that same color with sparkling pearl shimmer – that’s 15-dollars.
Make-up and charity sounds like a win-win situation to me. Miley promoted the deal via this promo vid on her Instagram with the caption – “Get ur #vivaglam nowwwwwww to help raise [money] for the MAC AIDS fund.” And MC isn’t the first celeb to lend her face and name to the cause – she follows in the footsteps of Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, Christina Aguilera and Lady Gaga.
