Miley Cyrus Going to Jail For Twerking on Mexican Flag?!

Miley Cyrus should know this by now – twerking can get you into a LOT of trouble. And that’s just what happened to her in Mexico this week. Miley’s BANGERZ tour went south of the border this week, and during her show in Monterrey, on Tuesday she had one of her dancers use the Mexican flag like dental floss between her fake butt cheeks. Word to your mother: do not disrespect a flag in a foreign country. Or your own country. That can get you anywhere from arrested to executed. So Miley might actually now get ARRESTED for the raunchy display. Mexican officials not surprisingly are sensitive about disrespecting national symbols, and they’ve now launched a criminal investigation. Whatever that means. What’s there to investigate. It happened. She’s just lucky she did this in Mexico and not the Middle East. If convicted, the girl who gave twerking a name is looking at a $1,200 fine- no biggie- and a 36 hour jail sentence- biggie. What do YOU think? Is twerking on a flag as bad as burning a flag?
