Former Prime Minister Najib Razak said today that the Saudi government will be upset at the recent decision by the federal government to scrap the King Salman Centre for International Peace (KSCIP).
Najib stressed that King Salman and the Saudi Government had proposed the project and had chosen Malaysia over other countries for the centre.
On Sunday, Defence Minister Mohamad Sabu announced that the KSCIP project would be cancelled and that their temporary office in Kuala Lumpur would be closed immediately.
