Get excited Barbz because Nicki Minaj is set to perform and host MTV’s Europe Music Awards. That’s right Nicki will be double the best kind of trouble while hosting and performing at the show which will go down on November 9th. And to give you a taste of just how excited you should be about Nicki taking over the show, there’s even a promo out.
In the promo Nicki essentially takes over the world starting off with her dominating the news airways with an anchor gushing over her EMA performance, she gets her own Nicki Minaj emojis, money with her face on it, Nicki butt burgers (every pun intended), a butt imprint on the Hollywood walk of fame, a Nicki video game, an Anaconda opera, Nicki slot machines, hair salons, N-TV instead of MTV, Nicki laundry detergent, Nicki Jello (more puns intended), Neil Armstrong places a Nicki flag on the moon, and to top it all off she’s given the key to the world and is shown in full regalia sitting on a thrown. Yeah it’s full on Nicki domination. In addition to performing and hosting the show, Nicki is nominated for four awards including best female artist, best look, best hip hop artist, and biggest fans. Yesterday, Nicki showed her excitement by tweeting the promo and instagramed a still from the promo which shows her reading a magazine with a cover that reads, “Nicki was amazing!” with the caption “Watch the EMA’s on Nov. 9th.” I have a feeling this is going to be one to watch.
