Congratulations are in order for fifth Harmony’s Normani, because she just signed a brand new modeling deal!
Well, the Fifth Harmony hiatus certainly isn’t getting Normani down…
We can’t lie… we’re still not quite over the fact that Fifth Harmony just had their final performance before going on an indefinite hiatus, but the good news is, the girls seem to have several solo projects lined up… especially Normani.
Although we assumed that the girls would be sticking mainly to what they know, which is music, we’re happy to announce that Normani will actually be starting a new chapter as a model, too!
That’s right! Normani just signed a deal with the famous modeling agency Wilhelmina Models, and we’re SO excited for her. She’ll be joining the likes of Shawn Mendes, Niall Horan and Nicki Minaj, who are also represented by Wilhelmina!
In a new interview with Vogue, Normani opened up about what this incredible opportunity means to her, saying, “Now, more than ever, I feel like music and fashion play off of each other with music being one of the great influences and artists dominating in the fashion space as well. It’s something that I wanted to be part of.” So awesome!
That’s not all she dished on, though! Normani also spoke to the mag about life after 5H, saying, QUOTE, “We accomplished everything that we’ve ever dreamt of. We’ve been to the White House, we’ve been to the VMAs, and all these different things I wouldn’t have been able to do without them. It’s bittersweet because it’s the end of an era.” Excuse us while we shed some tears.
