PKR secretary-general Saifuddin Nasution Ismail reiterated that the transition of the Prime Minister position between Dr Mahathir Mohamad and Anwar Ibrahim will proceed as agreed upon before the 14th General Election.
He said the transition process had been discussed and agreed upon by the Pakatan Harapan presidential council.
This was in response to the allegation made by Kapar MP Abdullah Sani Abdul Hamid that there's a plot among Mahathir, his advisor Daim Zainuddin, and PKR deputy president Mohamed Azmin Ali to prevent Anwar from succeeding Mahathir.
