Calling all Pretty Little Liars fans -- WE FINALLY GET TO FIND OUT WHO “A” IS…but it won’t be for a while.
On Tuesday, everyone’s fave ABC Family show aired a fan special titled “We Love You to Death” that featured interviews and behind the scenes moments. But by FAR the best piece of info to come out from said special was the fact that PLL creator confirmed we WILL find out exactly who “A” is before the show’s seventh season.
Marlene King dropped the bomb by saying this.
*just clip of this quote: "I think fans got a little worried when they found out that we were going seven seasons, because they thought maybe they're going to have to wait that long to find out who 'A' is, but I am promising you that you don't. The identity of Big 'A' is going to be revealed before season seven starts."
OMG OMG OMG! AMAZING! However, we should probably let our excitement subside just a little bit, because the show’s seventh season isn’t slated to air until summer 2016 – because we’re only halfway thru season 5 right noooow. Yeah, that’s still two more years of “A” mystery we have to get through.
We should also point out that Marlene didn’t mention WHEN big “A” would be revealed, just that they’d be revealed BEFORE the seventh season. So maybe that means sometime soon? Or she could literally mean before season seven, as in the season six finale. And if that’s the case – UGH! That’s still a LONG time away!
And as a hardcore PLL fan, I’m REALLY hoping they’re serious about this, and the “A” reveal will give us a definitive, 100% REAL answer. You know how the whole Ali situation went down – it was very back and forth.
