The High Court in Kuala Lumpur today struck off the prosecution's appeal on student activist Adam Adli Abdul Halim for participating in a street protest during the "Kita Lawan" rally three years ago.
This came after the prosecution withdrew the appeal over the acquittal granted by the magistrate's court last year.
DPP Raja Zaizul Faridah Raja Zaharuddin informed Justice Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali of the withdrawal and lawyer Eric Paulsen for Adam Adli said he has no objection.
