PSM central committee member Michael Jeyakumar has voiced concern over the governments plan of divesting government-linked companies (GLCs) as they can be used to help the B40s.
He said if GLCs are under government control they can be used to do socially useful things such as paying a wage above the minimum wage and establishing childcare centres in offices.
