PTPTN Chairperson Wan Saiful Wan Jan today instructed all PTPTN loan holders who have an outstanding balance to update their latest income status or they will not be considered in deferring their loan repayment.
He told them to do so via the official PTPTN online portal. He also cautioned that details must be updated latest by 25 July 2018 and must be accurate.
Wan Saiful added that audits will be carried out and documents may need to be provided to substantiate the information entered, elaborating that providing wrong information is against the law.
