Rob Kardashian Taking Blac Chyna to Court Over Stroller Throwing Fight?

That’s right, you guys! Just when we thought things were finally settling down between Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna, we find out that he’s planning on taking her back to court after video surfaced of her attacking a woman at Six Flags Magic Mountain on Easter Sunday using a stroller. WHAT?!
Apparently, a woman at the theme park angered Blac Chyna so much that she swung Dream’s pink stroller around wildly in a blind rage, which, understandably has many people concerned… especially Rob.
A source told People, QUOTE, “Rob got very angry when he heard what happened at Six Flags. He’s definitely worried about Dream when he’s not with her. He knows who Chyna is and he doesn’t like her behavior around dream.” The source also added that he is, QUOTE, “happy” there is footage of the incident, because he probably wouldn’t have found out about it any other way.
According to TMZ, this was the, QUOTE, “last straw” for Rob, and now he’ll be taking Chyna to court to try and set some clear ground rules about what she can and cannot do when their daughter Dream is present. Fair enough!
And, speaking of what she can’t do around Dream, the People source also shared that Rob is less than pleased when Chyna brings Dream around new boyfriends. Currently, she’s dating 18-year-old rapper YBN Almighty Jay, and Rob is planning on addressing this issue in court as well. TMZ said that Rob, QUOTE, “wants an order similar to the one in the Jesse Williams custody case… where neither parent can introduce a boyfriend or girlfriend to the child unless the relationship lasts longer than 6 months.” Hmm… interesting!
And, while we’re at it, it seems like Rob is also fed up with their current child support agreement. As it stands right now, Rob is paying Chyna a whopping $20,000 a month in child support, and considering that they have a 50/50 custody arrangement and Chyna makes more money than he does at the moment, he feels this is a little unfair.
