Selena Gomez surprises a mega-fan with the help of some virtual reality
There she goes again. Making dreams come true.
It might be the coolest prank ever. Radio personality, Roman Kemp, host at UK radio station, Capital FM, invited a mega-huge Selena Gomez fan down to the Capital studio to test out a new virtual reality experience called Virtual VIP, which transports her to a virtual studio where she meets a virtual Selena Gomez. Now, the entire experience doesn’t exist at all, and is actually completely made up to fool the fan into thinking she’s hanging with a virtual Selena when she’s actually chillin’ right next to the real deal.
That’s because she is real. And you can definitely tell that the sweet fan is a little weirded out that a supposedly fake Selena looks so life-like. But it’s not enough to fully convince her, and she’s seemingly still buying the whole charade until Sel decides to take the game one step further.
Now, who knows? It is 2017, after all, and VR could be way more advanced, but at this point, one of Sel’s biggest fans is already flipping out, and that’s when Selena decides to give up the game & make one fan’s dreams come true IRL.
Actual adorable overload. Too bad the Selena VR experience isn’t real though, am I right?
