Shay Mitchell not only played Emily Fields on Pretty Little Liars but she also started gracing us with fun youtube videos on her channel. But her most recent upload left us all with tear stained faces. Right after they wrapped PLL, though it was the wee hours of the morning, Shay sat in her dressing room and addressed the camera with all of her emotions. Through a cracking voice and watery eyes, She started off the letter by saying this, "Sad, anxious, excited, terrified, inspired, gratified, nervous, unsure, proud, upset, accomplished, relieved, devastated, lucky.”
She continued on to thank Lucy, Troian, Sasha, and Ashley the other half to her buttah. And of course she thanked the woman who gave her a chance, Marlene King, even though she says she didn’t quite have that girl next door look they were originally going for. And last but not least she thanks the fans for their endless support. But the one she will miss most of all is of course her character, Emily Fields. She ended the video with a positive message saying this, take a look:
But my favorite part of the video is when Shay said quote, “"I'd like to think that somewhere in an alternate Rosewood universe, that these five women will always remain a constant in each others' lives, just as I hope we all do in our own reality."
