Kesha Pens EMOTIONAL Letter About Difficult Year & Promises NEW Album in 2017

Kesha penned a heartfelt letter to her fans last night looking back on a rough year, but was sure to promise lots of new music, new hope and new beginnings.
She may have not had the smoothest year, but rest assured, Kesha has made it clear that this will NOT be the last of her.
2016 has been a long and difficult fight for her freedom as Kesha continues the ongoing legal battle to break free from her abusive producer Dr. Luke, who has been keeping her from releasing new music under her contract, but we all know that the toughest battles are overcome by even tougher people. Kesha confirmed that statement late last night, when she took to Instagram to share a black and white photo of herself half covered up with a blanket, along with a caption that promises much more to come in 2017.
She started out by writing QUOTE, “just got back a mix of me and someone singing a duet crying happy tears never in my life imagined this dream could ever actually come true.... please pray one day y'all can hear this music. it's the most vulnerable and honest I have ever been to myself and it's literally documenting me growing up. I cannot wait and will forever fight for u to hear it.”
Kesha then expressed her blessings for the rest of the year, and stated the one thing on her Christmas wish list, ending her letter with QUOTE, “merry everything and happy every day and thank you for not abandoning me while I fight the good fight. I just want to make art. and let you hear it. that's all I want for Christmas. and my New Year’s resolution is to finish my record and give it to you. thank you animals. love y'all.”
Although she has been able to perform at very few events throughout the year, Kesha is still unable to release new music under her contract with Dr. Luke and Sony. The legal battle has been ongoing since Kesha originally sued him for sexual assault in 2014, and has since moved the lawsuit from California to New York after having little progress.
Thankfully some light at the end of a long, dark tunnel has been shed, when, back in October, Sony came out with news promising fans new music from Kesha very soon.
