Last night Niall Horan gifted his fans with a handwritten note about his recent experiences promoting his solo single, “This Town”. The 1D member started by thanking fans for their continued support and gave an update on his upcoming album.
Niall revealed QUOTE, “So when I haven’t been doing promo, I’ve been in the studio recording my album… I’m currently 8 songs deep and ready for more. I want to take my time with no pressure and make sure I get it right. I’m quite the self critic, which I like about myself. So I’ll let you know when I’m done.”
Niall also gushed about how humbled he is to work with some legendary music producers and at historic studios in Los Angeles. He called the recording process is “insane” and explained that all his music is being recorded live with a full band.
He wasn’t done there. Niall dropped a bomb revealing he is headed home to Ireland for the holidays and added QUOTE, “After Christmas I’m gonna fall off the face of the earth and do one of my disappearing acts. I want to come up with more song ideas and get in the writing zone. So have a lovely Christmas and happy New Year and I’ll see ya in Feb.”
