This is a simple chicken curry recipe I learned from Maureen Duke in London and shared the recipe with the staff of North West Ambulance Service (NWAS), as part as to introduce something quick and easy to help with their stressful job dealing with the emergency calls. You could imagine the stress they went through during the Bombing in Manchester in May 2017.
