Supergirl & The Flash Crossover Teaser Trailer Is Here!

After teasing Supergirl and The Flash fans with just a poster for the upcoming crossover event, CBS has finally released a video teaser for the highly anticipated episode.
The wait is almost over, just a couple more weeks until “The Flash” and “Supergirl” crossover episode premieres, but before that happens, here’s the teaser trailer to hold you over.
While the brief trailer left a lot to the imagination – I mean, it was a teaser after all – we can definitely expect to see The Flash aka Barry Allen team up with Kara to battle the Silver Banshee and Livewire in their joint episode, so long as Supergirl helps Barry find his way back home.
Now, die-hard fans of the comic books know that both Superman and Supergirl don’t exist on Barry’s Earth 1, but the show’s executive producer, Greg Berlanti, explained at PaleyFest that The Flash was the perfect character to crossover into “Supergirl’s” world.
Greg said QUOTE, “We needed to create a way to do it. We had to introduce Superman since you’ve heard about him and you’ve heard about Supergirl, but in worlds of ‘Arrow’ and ‘Flash,’ they didn’t exist in that world. We introduced the multiverse in ‘The Flash’ this year and that was always our way in.”
