As it turns out the chemistry between Supergirl’s character and her love interest isn’t exclusive to the Supergirl show. The actors playing those characters — Melissa Benoist and Chris Wood, have seemingly gone public with their romance after rumors have been SWIRLING that Melissa and Chris were more than friends in real life, too.
Neither have publicly clarified what’s happening behind closed doors but new paparazzi photos taken of the two getting “close” on the beach are speaking loud and clear on their behalf.
You can see Melissa and Chris holding hands, hugging, laughing, and EVEN making out in the water, you know just living their BEST lives.
Fans first suspected their relationship earlier this month when paparazzi photos of Melissa walking Chris’s dog in Vancouver surfaced.
Just FYI- Melissa filed for divorce from her husband, Blake Jenner, a fellow Glee alum she met on set of the Fox show, back in December. And Chris reportedly split with his ex whom he also met onset back in January.
