SURPRISE! It’s official- EACH Jonas Brother has his own Mrs.
What’s up everybody? It’s Sussan Mourad here back on Clevver News and yes - it’s true! Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner tied the knot last night after the Billboard Music Awards.
The wedding was THE MOST Vegas thing you’ll ever see in your life. They headed to the chapel after the awards show and were officiated by an Elvis impersonator. It all went down at Chapel L’Amour inside ‘A Little White Wedding Chapel’.
Thankfully for us, one of their guests, Diplo, livestreamed the whole thing on Instagram.
Hey, this Little White Wedding may be little… but it’s infinitely better than any RED wedding?
(Am I right, Game of Thrones Fans? Yes? OK, Moving on.)
Diplo wasn’t the only celeb in attendance. Other guests included Dan + Shay, who performed their song “Speechless” for the big event.
To quite literally sweeten the whole deal, Joe and Sophie exchanged ring pops at the altar instead of traditional rings.
And yes you guys - this wedding is TOTALLY legit. ‘People’ confirmed that online records prove that Joe and Sophie applied for a marriage license earlier that day.
However, there's a strong chance Joe and Sophie might hold a more official, extravagant wedding in the near future, as they were originally planning to have their wedding this summer in France. Joe confirmed this info earlier this year when he stopped by The Late Late Show with James Corden.
Seems like Joe’s style is pretty different from his brothers. I mean, Nick and Priyanka had THE most EXTRA wedding. Her veil was 75 feet long. Compared to Sophie’s white pantsuit in vegas… that’s a pretty STARK contrast.
