Taylor Swift just donated 50 GRAND the Seattle symphony and we’ve got the rundown for you on Clevver News. Anyways it’s come to our attention that she’s also a fan of the symphony, seeing that she reportedly shelled out a whopping 50 thousand dollars to the Seattle Symphony after their prize winning song “Become Ocean” won her over. Let’s take a listen to the song that was UH-mazing enough for Taylor to think, “oh yeah, I should casually give them 50 grand.” Well, you cant blame the girl… ANDD if she has the money, why not do some good for the world… The New York Times says Swift’s donation will go to the symphony’s educational program called “Link Up,” which works with the city’s elementary students, as well as support the musicians’ retirement program. It’s said to be Swift’s nostalgia about attending the symphony with her grandmother that inspired her generous donation, not to mention there was a pretty bad ass orchestra version of ‘Bad Blood’ that Swift was very fond of, and even took to twitter in October saying “Getting pirate ship/sword fight movie scene vibes from this orchestral version of Bad Blood and I'm happy about it.” Take a listen.
