The Teen Wolf cast is celebrating their final episode, but we only have one thing on our mind--why the heck isn’t Dylan O’Brien in the cast pic?!
The core Teen Wolf cast, including Tyler Posey, Dylan Sprayberry, and Holland Roden, all got together for a giant cast family photo to mark the occasion of shooting their 100th and final episode. It’s definitely a bittersweet moment for Teen Wolf fans because it really makes the fact that the show is ending more real than ever before, but instead of being able to focus on our emotions over THAT, we’re all too busy noticing that Dylan O’Brien, who plays Stiles in the show, is very much absent from the picture.
Dylan, who recently returned to his Maze Runner 3 set after recovering from major injuries sustained during the filming of that movie, was not confirmed to return for the Teen Wolf’s final season. That means his absence from the cast pic could mean one of two things: Either he really isn’t returning for even the series finale, and this picture proves it, OR, the show runners are just trying to throw us off so that when Dylan’s character DOES return for the show’s finale, it’s a huge twist and an emotional surprise. Obviously we’re all really hoping for the latter because can you even imagine a Teen Wolf ending without Stiles!? That’s just not a world I wanna live in.
