American has officially spoken -- the season winner of NBC's the Voice was announced last night -- so, this is your official spoiler alert...if you don't want to know which of the three finalists nabbed the title of THE VOICE, then hit that pause button. Carson Daly started the announcement of the winner by naming the third place singer, which was our girl Christina Grimmie, who let's face it, she's been a friend of ours for a really long time, so full disclosure she had my vote, but the talent on the show this year was to the next level. Here's a look at that final crowning moment --
Gosh, is it just me or did feel like 2 hours of waiting instead of 20 seconds? Anyways, Josh Kaufman and Team Usher took home the title of the voice. A well-deserved win and he nailed it with his performance with Robin Thicke on the finale's live show, where he helped Robin Get Her Back
For the record, Christina Grimmie's performance with Ed Sheeran left us completely speechless:
And runner-up Jake Worthington's show-stopping performance with legendary Country band Alabama was one of the coolest moment's we've ever seen on the show
Loved that! Overall, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that this is my favorite season of the Voice to date, and it seems like a lot of you agreed with me -- because the ratings this time around were stellar. So, what did you all think of Josh Kaufman winning the Voice? Were you surprised? Did you think Jake or Christina should have won?
