Preacher Zamihan Mat Zin said that he had no intention of insulting the royal institution and was only preaching the sunnah and speaking about Islamic laws at his recent lecture at a mosque in Shah Alam.
He said that he apologised to the Selangor ruler Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah if he was upset over the lecture and accepted the decision of the Selangor Council of the Royal Court to strip him of his accreditation to preach in the state.
