Zayn Hints At New Music With MYSTERIOUS Poem

Back in September Zayn confirmed that he’s working on his second album, yet since then we haven’t seen any hints as to when it’ll be coming. But a new cryptic poem he posted to Instagram has fans thinking that it might be sooner than we thought…
Zayn shared a moody photo of himself holding a green lightsaber on the social app, with a mysterious poem captioned inside the pic. The poem, or as he called it the “zoem”, makes references to iPhone likes and message sending, and definitely hints at the way technology has taken over our lives and communication.
The zoem reads QUOTE, “Like a shameless flower cries at every wedding / You don’t have feelings / You just have petals. There is no meaning / It’s just aesthetics. Then to ask me. I’d say pathetic is the only one that fits and wins inside a world of acronyms. / Twisted shapes of acrobats inside a mesh of flesh and bone is an underlying desperate tone to the world of real authentic / The iPhone likes preventing this place of play. I think we like pretending as if our fun is never ending. No one speaks. Just message sending. It’s a silent planet – wait, it’s pending.”
Fans were totally digging the poem in and of itself, while others immediately started speculating about what it means for Zayn’s music career. Is it a hint and a song he’s working on, or was he just feeling a little nostalgic for the good ol’ days when texting wasn’t the number one form of communication used amongst friends, lovers, and family. He didn’t share any other info beyond the poem itself, so it’s all very mysterious…
Of course, that wasn’t the ONLY clue Zayn gave fans that new music may be coming soon. Shortly after sharing the poem, Zayn took to Twitter to share an equally cryptic, short video of himself singing a gorgeous melody acapella--and it’s definitely a song haven’t heard before. Seriously, if this isn’t a taste of new music he’s releasing soon, we will be VERY disappointed.
In the video, you can clearly hear Zayn singing the lyrics QUOTE, “She’s all the woman for me / She’s all the woman I need”, so we’re guessing this is a love song about Gigi. Now the only question is--how long do we have to wait for a new single slash a whole new album to drop? Because we can’t take this teasing for much longer...
