Zayn Malik RESPONDS to Song Leak by Doing THIS

Zayn Malik just surprised us all with a new song because of the craziest reason.
We weren’t expecting to hear new Zayn music, and neither was he!
Can you believe that Zayn Malik’s debut album “Mind of Me” is turning two years old this month?! The former One Direction member’s solo career started out on a high note with the popular single Pillow Talk.
Unlike his former bandmates Harry Styles and Niall Horan who are touring the world promoting their debut solo albums, Zayn has been staying out of the spotlight due to his anxiety attacks.
The singer has kept a low-profile for the past few months, hanging out with his model girlfriend Gigi Hadid and promising that new music is coming soon.
We haven’t heard any official dates or announcements from Zayn, so you can imagine how surprised we were when we saw that he randomly dropped a new song over the weekend! And he didn’t just do it for fun, either.
On Sunday, Zayn wrote QUOTE “This was not a song I intended to put out, but due to unprofessionalism has been leaked by someone and my fans mean more to me than a stupid leak, so here it is free for you to enjoy, before my music drops love z,"
The song is called “Don’t Matter (Remix)” with August Alsina and it is a total bop. As bummed as we are that someone released Zayn’s music, we can’t help but be happy that we have a new song to obsess over.
Fans were so excited to hear the tune that they actually crashed his website to get the free download!
Zayn wasn’t the only one turning a bad situation into a good one. August Alsina, who is a featured on the song, tweeted out to Zayn saying QUOTE “Zayn, I’m sending an abundance of love to you! You are my brother, I am yours. I don’t know how this happened but WAY TO MAKE LEMONS INTO LEMONADE. (& a great batch, might I add) we do great work together. Mashallah King!”
Zayn then replied saying “turn any negative to a positive! , couldn't agree more with ya we sound sick together brother !! Mashallah”
