Perlis PAS is reportedly having infighting and is causing uneasiness among its Perikatan Nasional ally over the conflict's impact on their coalition and state administration.

Free Malaysia Today quoted the Perlis Bersatu chairperson Abu Bakar Hamzah as saying that the Perlis PAS internal conflict had put the state Bersatu chapter in an awkward situation.
