Adele & Beyonce Duet Happening?! Adele Covers TIME, Talks Taylor Swift & Motherhood

2015 may be ending, but Adele’s year is just beginning. After dropping a musical bomb and breaking records while doing it, the singer sat down to chat with Time magazine and you just HAVE to hear what she has to say.
If you didn’t think it was possible to love Adele even more, think again. The singer opened up about her adorable son, talked about those pesky Beyonce rumors and even revealed what she REALLY thinks of Taylor Swift.
Don’t expect Adele to bite her tongue and give fluffy answers to these hard hitting questions! The British singer graced the cover of Time magazine for their December issue and gave a pretty powerful, yet inspiring interview. Nothing was really off topic for the singer. Adele talked about her music, streaming, and even put an end to the rumor of her turning down a duet with Beyonce!
When asked about that rumor, Adele said QUOTE, ‘Whoever started that rumor must have been having a laugh because anyone who knows me knows that my main priority in life outside of my child is Beyonce.’ Adele went on to say she really wanted to do a duet on ’25’ but it couldn’t work out because of logistics and because Beyonce wasn’t available, natch. But seriously you guys, as if Adele would ever turn down an opportunity to collab with Queen B because she loves Yonce and has said it countless times before in different interviews! Side note, if an Adele and Beyonce collab does come out in the near future, I’d probably die of happiness because it would be musically perfect.
However, Adele isn’t just a member of the Beyhive! She’s also a Swiftie. Adele absolutely adores Taylor Swift, mainly because TSwizzle was brave enough to take away her music from streaming services and stand up for her fellow musicians. Adele said of Tay Tay QUOTE, ‘I love her – how powerful she is. We’ll get lumped together now because of it, but I think we would both feel the ability to say yes or no to things even if we weren’t successful.’
Well, now I’m just waiting for Taylor to publically invite Adele into her squad. I mean, She’s pretty much the definition of perfection in more ways than one. Not only is Adele perfect musically, she’s also the perfect mother. While the singer usually likes to keep her private life private, Adele surprised us all by opening up about little Angelo and revealing that she plans on loving and supporting him no matter what.
Adele gushed about her little one by saying QUOTE, ‘He makes me so proud of myself, and he makes me like myself so much…I can’t wait to know who his best friends are going to be, who his girlfriend or his boyfriend is going to be or what movies he likes…whatever my kid wants to do or be I will always support him no matter what.’
