Alessia Cara and Troye Sivan kicked off the VMAs pre-show and it’s safe to say their incredible performance got everyone pretty turnt up right before show time.
Alessia kicked off her and Troye’s joint performance with ‘Wild Things’ as her first song and girlfriend pretty much slayed. The singer emerged from the subway at the beginning of their performance and she sounded perfect, but seriously you guys, were you expect anything less than perfection from this chica?
Once she was done with her first song, Troye came out to sing a flawless rendition of his hit song, ‘Wild,’ with a little help from Alessia – even though, let’s be real, he didn’t really need it, but it just made their performance that much more incredible.
Don’t they just sound perfect together? And before they could even close out their time on the stage, Alessia took control of the stage to wrap up the performance and sing her current single, ‘Scars to Your Beautiful,’ and to no one’s surprise, the singer killed it.
Seriously you guys, she sounds incredible.
