If you didn’t think Ariana Grande was a force to reckon with…you might have to rethink your thoughts after her show stopping performance at the MTV VMAs.
It’s safe to say that Ariana took her VMAs performance to a whole ‘nother level. While it’s nothing compared to Britney Spears’ 2001 performance, it’s still something to remember. The singer took the stage in a somewhat skimpy outfit and started off her song WHILST cycling with a number of her dancers.
And can we just say that Ari sounded AMAZING even though she was lowkey working out? Could your fave ever? Anyway, after a few more bars, the singer was joined on stage by Nicki Minaj and the rapper killed it, as per usual.
But, Nicki’s appearance wasn’t even the best part of that performance. Seeing as how it IS Ariana AND Nicki Minaj, these ladies just had to end their incredible duet with a super shocking and suggestive move.
Yeah, it’s safe to say no one was expecting that from Ariana and Nicki.
